Insite Risk Management, LLC is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to maintain and secure our internal technology ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, support internal IT, and collaborate with vendors from a hybrid office model.

This role emphasizes ownership of diverse systems and independent work. The successful candidate will implement tooling and automations, manage identity and access, and ensure business continuity across endpoints and networks in a dynamic professional services

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a systems engineer or IT infrastructure role.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune).
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including conditional access, SSO.
• Experience administering Jamf and Meraki cloud networking.
• Familiarity with SaaS collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Smartsheet) at admin level.
• Strong troubleshooting across identity, endpoint, network, and cloud apps.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed, hybrid environment.

Responsabilités

• Administer health, security, and performance of Insite's core technology ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Jamf, Meraki, Slack, Zoom, Smartsheet, Druva inSync).
• Serve as primary technical liaison to IT vendors, managing tickets, renewals, and roadmap conversations.
• Design, test, and implement new tools, integrations, and automations for efficiency and security.
• Manage identity and access in Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access, SSO/SCIM, and lifecycle management.
• Own endpoint management across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS fleets via Intune and Jamf.
• Maintain Meraki network infrastructure across offices and remote sites.
• Ensure data protection and continuity via Druva inSync backup administration, monitoring, and recovery testing.
• Administer Slack, Zoom, Smartsheet provisioning and permissions.
• Document configurations and SOPs to support consistency.
• Monitor security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps; propose remediation.
• Provide tier 2/3 technical support and escalation for internal IT issues.
• Assist the Director with ad-hoc technology requests and projects.
