Job summary

firstPRO, Inc. is seeking a hands-on IT manager to oversee daily support across infrastructure, Microsoft 365, user access, vendors, and enterprise applications. D365 Finance & Operations experience is strongly preferred; Warehouse and WMS experience is a plus.

This role is onsite in Philadelphia at times, as needed. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience, excellent in-person communication, and the ability to own the room with leadership.
