Job summary

Saft in Jacksonville is seeking an IT Manager to lead the information technology department, overseeing support for all IT systems, communications, and security at the site. You will evaluate upgrades and ensure robust cybersecurity across the operations.

Responsibilities include managing Windows and Cisco environments, developing MFG/PRO reports, and driving performance improvements while aligning with TotalEnergies' standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CIS, IT, Computer Science or equivalent professional work experience.
• 10-15 years experience in related IT field.
• Strong background with computers from PCs to servers.
• Knowledge of networks (Cisco) and databases (SQL).
• Certifications such as MSCD/MCSE/MCT are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the IT department for Jacksonville site.
• Oversee cybersecurity technologies and security systems.
• Create/modify MFG/PRO reports and maximize performance.
• Configure new devices and monitor system performance.
• Support data/telecom network infrastructure improvements.
