SV Microwave is seeking an IT Manager to lead the technology function, ensuring reliable infrastructure, business systems, and data security to support growth. The role emphasizes cybersecurity, compliance, and clear communication across all levels of the organization.

This is an in-office position at the West Palm Beach facility, with a focus on strategic planning, staff development, and aligning IT initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages technology infrastructure availability, reliability, and scalability.
• Hires, develops, and manages IT staff and sets expectations.
• Develops and maintains project plans and schedules aligned with business goals.
• Oversees development, implementation and upgrades of software and hardware systems.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures for technology use.
• Stays up-to-date with technology advances and recommends new tech.
• Ensures security of data and systems, including backup/recovery and cybersecurity tools.
• Creates documentation, communicates changes, and conducts training as needed.
• Maintains effective communication and relationships within the team.
