Job summary

The Club at Ibis in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support cybersecurity initiatives. You will manage VMware environments, AVAYA systems, Office 365 workflows, and AI tool adoption while supporting end users across multiple locations.

Candidate should have a cybersecurity foundation, strong IT help desk experience, and ability to create efficient admin workflows using PowerShell and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity or closely related IT field is preferred.
• Associate’s Degree with equivalent verifiable experience encouraged to apply.
• Three years of experience in an IT Help Desk or desktop support role.

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains VMware vSphere environments; manages VMs and resources.
• Verifies all critical system backups daily.
• Provides desktop and hardware support; resolves issues quickly.
• Reviews and updates open IT Help Desk requests daily.
• Act as frontline support for Jonas Club and Activity Management Software.
• Configures, deploys, and maintains desktop hardware and network connectivity.
