Job summary

BNP Associates, Inc. is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead, support, and continuously improve the company's technology environment, security posture, and enterprise systems.

This role requires strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and independent prioritization across IT functions. The IT Manager will be the primary hands-on technical resource for BNP Group's IT environment, ensuring security, reliability, and operational health across platforms, with responsibilities spanning Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of corporate IT experience with hands-on systems administration and cybersecurity responsibilities.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint security management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve the company's technology environment and security posture.
• Manage daily IT operations ensuring reliability and end-user support.
• Lead IT policy, compliance, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Intune, and security controls.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Coordinate IT projects and vendor relations with minimal disruption.
