Responsibilities

• Oversee the bank's system network, operations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with banking software and hardware.
• Maintain knowledge of current IT technologies, equipment and security.
• Maintain relationships with the bank's MSP.
• Monitor and enforce IT policies including Disaster Recovery.
• Recommend strategic IT plans and hardware acquisitions.
• Develop and manage IT vendor relationships.
