You will own device and application management stacks (JAMF, EDR, and our core SaaS platforms), manage vendor relationships, and drive high-ownership initiatives that keep the environment running smoothly across sites and time zones.

We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to own and scale our global IT operations. As a fast-growing SaaS company with employees across multiple sites and time zones, we need someone who can build reliable, secure, and delightful IT experiences for every employee - from day-one onboarding to day-to-day support. You will lead a small IT team, own our device and application management stack (JAMF, EDR, and our core SaaS platforms), and manage the vendor and consultant relationships that keep our environment running. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a distributed, remote-first environment and wants to shape how a modern SaaS company runs its IT.
