Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure ownership.
• Provide hands-on support for end-users and devices.
• Manage network, VPN, and connectivity across the organization.
• Administer servers, cloud services, storage, backups, and DR planning.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 and other corporate SaaS platforms.
• Manage identity, access, and lifecycle for users and admins.
• Implement cybersecurity practices, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Coordinate IT vendor relationships, licensing, and hardware/software assets.
• Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding from an IT perspective.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, standards, and business continuity plans.

An experienced, hands-on IT Manager to own the company's internal IT infrastructure, systems, and employee technology support. This person will be the primary owner of day-to-day IT operations and should be comfortable personally handling issues while also establishing strong processes, security, and reliability across the environment.

• Employee helpdesk and end-user support
• Laptop, desktop, software, and endpoint management
• Network infrastructure, connectivity, VPN, and related systems
• Server, cloud, storage, backup, and recovery administration
• Microsoft 365 and other corporate SaaS administration
• Identity, access, permissions, and account lifecycle management
• Cybersecurity practices, patching, monitoring, and vulnerability management
• IT vendor, licensing, hardware, and software management
• Employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective
• Documentation, standards, disaster recovery, and business continuity

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience
• We are looking for someone who is highly self-sufficient, responsive, service-oriented, and technically strong. This is not a role for someone who primarily manages through others. The right candidate should enjoy being the person who can diagnose a problem, make a decision, and get it resolved.
• Experience supporting a B2B software company or similar technology-driven environment would be strongly preferred.
