Job summary

CFS is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to lead the strategy and daily operations for network, storage, compute, and cloud infrastructure. You will manage a team of engineers and administrators, ensuring performance, security, and uptime for on-premises and cloud systems including Microsoft 365 and Azure.

The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, preference for experience in multi-site or manufacturing environments with uptime-critical

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, including 2+ years in a management or lead role.
• Experience with enterprise networking, virtualization, Windows Server/Active Directory, and hybrid cloud (Azure/M365).
• Experience supporting multi-site or manufacturing environments with uptime-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and daily operations for network, storage, compute, and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators.
• Maintain the performance, security, and availability of on-prem and cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization).
• Ensure disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans are tested and up to date.
• Partner with cybersecurity and application teams, evaluate new technologies, and manage vendor relationships and budget.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: $120,000-$145,000 + Bonus
• PTO: Up to 15 days starting
