Job summary

CFS is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to lead and modernize the IT infrastructure for a manufacturing client on a permanent basis. The role focuses on strategic direction, team leadership, and ensuring high availability across on-prem and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.

The position requires strong experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and hybrid cloud, with a track record in managing uptime-critical systems across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, including 2+ years in a management or technical lead role.
• Experience with enterprise networking, virtualization, Windows Server/Active Directory, and hybrid cloud (Azure/M365).
• Experience supporting multi-site or manufacturing environments with uptime-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and daily operations for network, storage, compute, and cloud infrastructure
• Manage a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators
• Maintain the performance, security, and availability of on-prem and cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization)
• Ensure disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans are tested and up to date
• Partner with cybersecurity and application teams, evaluate new technologies, and manage vendor relationships and budget

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: $120,000-$145,000 + Bonus
• PTO: Up to 15 days starting
• Retirement: 401(k) w/ Match
