Job summary

CFS is helping a manufacturing client by hiring an Infrastructure Manager to lead strategy and daily operations for our network, storage, compute, and cloud infrastructure. You will oversee a team of engineers and administrators, ensuring performance, security, and high availability across on-prem and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in IT infrastructure with hands-on experience in hybrid cloud (Azure/M365), virtualization, and disaster recovery for uptime-critical systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure
• Experience with hybrid cloud (Azure/M365)
• Experience supporting multi-site or manufacturing environments with uptime-critical systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and daily operations for network, storage, compute, and cloud infrastructure
• Manage a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators
• Maintain the performance, security, and availability of on-prem and cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization)
• Ensure disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans are tested and up to date
• Partner with cybersecurity and application teams, evaluate new technologies, and manage vendor relationships and budget

• Compensation: $120,000-$145,000 + Bonus
• PTO: Up to 15 days starting
