Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking an IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations as the business scales across multiple locations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build out the team, tighten up systems and documentation, and set the foundation for IT to scale alongside a rapidly expanding footprint.

You’ll fix what’s broken, own network and infrastructure stacks (notably Ubiquiti/UniFi), manage Microsoft 365/Azure with Intune, control hardware inventory and procurement, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years IT experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Networking background with Ubiquiti/UniFi preferred.
• Experience building documentation and SOPs from scratch.
• Experience in a multi-location retail or service environment.
• Experience in a multi-site consumer services industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of IT support and infrastructure staff.
• Administer and maintain the Ubiquiti/UniFi network stack across locations.
• Manage the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, including Intune device management.
• Own hardware inventory, procurement, and asset tracking.
• Build out IT policies, procedures, and documentation where gaps exist.
• Partner with Operations and Site Development on technology rollouts for new locations.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met.

Compensation

$90-110K based on experience

What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong networking background, ideally with Ubiquiti/UniFi experience
• Experience building documentation and SOPs from scratch
• Experience in a multi-location retail or service environment
• Experience in a multi-site consumer services industry (preferred)
