Job summary

WSP is seeking a Specialist in IT M&A People Integration and Workforce Planning to own the people dimension of IT integration across active deals. You will build and maintain the workforce picture for each acquired entity, plan IT capacity for integration, and track people-related synergies.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning within IT or M&A contexts.
• Ability to handle confidential workforce and compensation data.
• Ability to influence across functions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain IT workforce dataset for each deal including population, profiles, roles, locations, and labour cost.
• Segment the workforce by organizational placement and map to the IT function taxonomy.
• Validate workforce mapping with IT Function Leads.
• Coordinate and quantify workforce synergies and transitions during IT integration.
