Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field.
• 5+ years in technology consulting or IT M&A projects.
• Experience with IT integration/separation and platform migration.
• Knowledge of IT risk, compliance, and post-merger integration.
• Strong PM skills and Excel/Office 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side IT due diligence reports for senior stakeholders.
• Drive IT integration and separation from sign-to-close.
• Develop IT current-state, entanglement, operating model, and day-1 plans.
• Govern IT programs with status, risk, and issue logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage IT dependencies.
• Lead executive IT and business client presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and promote professional growth.
