Jane Street Group, LLC is seeking an experienced logistics and supply chain professional to manage equipment inventory, delivery, installation, and deployment for offices, data centers, and co-locations, with asset lifecycle tracking.

The role emphasizes coordinating installations across sites, working with Procurement to optimize inventory, and ensuring smooth global shipments. Base salary is $125,000–$175,000 with a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics and project management, preferably in IT or data centers.
• Proven ability to streamline, document, and improve processes with urgency.
• Track record of managing vendors and coordinating third-party services.
• Experienced project planner with warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Strong communicator with people and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsabilités

• Develop and coordinate comprehensive logistics plans for equipment movement from warehouses to data centers.
• Manage the call-off process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of equipment.
• Plan installations and deployments across multiple sites with stakeholders.
• Support inventory levels with Procurement and identify stock challenges.
• Assist asset transfers and drive logistics process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistics-related issues.
• Oversee warehousing providers and manage customs paperwork for global shipments.
