Job summary

Enterprise Mobility Information Technology Division offers a Summer 2027 Internship Program designed to give real-world, hands-on experience while receiving coaching, mentorship and networking opportunities.

The structured 10-week program runs May 24, 2027 to July 30, 2027. Interns reside in the St. Louis area and are onsite 1–2 times per week, with the remainder of days potentially working remotely.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Residency in St. Louis, MO or surrounding area.
• Pursuing a degree in HR/OD/IO psychology or related field with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
• Able to work 40 hours per week for the 10-week program.
• Residency in the St. Louis area for the duration.
• Experience with Storyline or SharePoint or other technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage in real-world LMS and training development projects during the 10-week program.
• Receive coaching, mentorship and networking opportunities.
• Work in a highly collaborative IT environment with potential hybrid/onsite participation.
• Assist with content updates and LMS administration tasks, and communicate with the Talent Development team.
