Job summary

ClassDojo is seeking an IT Lead to own and operate our IT function, reporting to the CTO. You will manage identity, devices, security, AI platforms, and a 50+ SaaS stack for roughly 350 people. You’ll automate IT processes and maintain SOC 2 controls.

You will lead IT end-to-end, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, support, and vendor governance, with a focus on security and efficiency. Travel to US time zones may be required.

Qualifications

• Own IT operations and lifecycle management for 200+ staff.
• Manage identity with Okta and Google Workspace and HRIS-driven lifecycle.
• Maintain production Mac fleet with MDM and baseline rebuilds.
• Administer AI copilots (Claude/ChatGPT) and automate IT tasks.
• Automate requests via scripts, APIs, and admin consoles.
• Operate SOC 2 controls and security governance.

Responsibilities

• Own identity and employee lifecycle end-to-end.
• Maintain Mac fleet with near-100% coverage and passwordless login.
• Run IT operations including onboarding/offboarding, support, and AI triage.
• Govern a 50+ SaaS tool stack, budgets, and vendors.
• Govern AI accounts and automate manual IT work.
• Keep SOC 2 controls audit-ready with system evidence.
