Job summary

ClassDojo is hiring an IT Lead to own and operate the IT function for roughly 350 people, reporting to the CTO. You will manage identity, devices, SaaS, security operations, vendors, and AI platforms with automation at the core.

You’ll sustain a Mac-first MDM environment, secure passwordless access, and lead end-to-end IT operations including onboarding and offboarding, while driving AI-assisted triage to remove repetitive work.

Qualifications

• Own identity and employee lifecycle with automated access control.
• Operate Mac-first MDM fleet and secure passwordless auth.
• Govern a large SaaS stack and IT budget with vendors.
• Maintain SOC 2 controls and audit evidence.
• Lead automation and AI-driven IT triage.

Responsibilities

• Own identity and the employee lifecycle: Okta, Google Workspace, HRIS-driven pipelines.
• Maintain Mac fleet MDM, passwordless authentication, and security incident response.
• Run IT operations end-to-end: onboarding, offboarding, support, AI triage.
• Govern 50+ SaaS tools, IT budget, and vendor relationships.
• Apply governance for AI accounts and automate manual IT work.
• Keep SOC 2 controls audit-ready with system evidence.
