Responsibilities

• Build products for engineers: design internal platforms, tooling, and developer workflows
• Multiply engineering productivity: reduce friction and boost velocity
• Help shape AI-native software development: AI-powered workflows and patterns
• Partner deeply across engineering: align with product, infra, security and tech leads
• Create trusted paved paths: reusable tools and self-service capabilities
• Measure impact: use metrics and feedback to improve the developer experience
• Help build Developer Experience Engineering: contribute to long-term direction and standards
