Johnson & Johnson Technology Services Legal seeks a seasoned Enterprise IT Engineer to lead Salesforce-based integrations and agile delivery for Litify Enterprise Legal Management. You will architect secure, scalable solutions and drive AI-enabled automation across global teams.

You’ll collaborate with product and business stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with GxP and privacy regulations, while guiding multiple squads through iterations and SDLC

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of IT experience with Salesforce, API integration, and SQL familiarity.
Hands-on Salesforce product development, security, and configuration experience.
Experience delivering Agentic AI solutions and secure data flows.
Knowledge of cloud architectures, APIs, event-driven systems, middleware, and SAP BTP-IS.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Enterprise Legal Engineering capabilities within Johnson & Johnson Technology’s Technology Services Legal product group.
Design and build secure, scalable integrations for Legal products, especially Litify Enterprise Legal Management.
Collaborate with product and business leaders to prioritize investments and create roadmaps.
Use data to drive outcomes and continuous improvement across squads.
Manage demand prioritization and execute IT capabilities using Agile methodology.
Ensure squads follow Agile practices and the JNJ Software Development Lifecycle.
Provide input into operational evaluations to identify efficiency improvements.
Lead global Scrum/Squad delivery and integration architecture designs (API-first, event-driven, microservices).
Use Jira, Confluence, X-Ray, and Bitbucket to manage work and quality assurance.
Drive scalable Legal product solutions across regions and internal system integrations.
Collaborate on end-to-end integration architecture and secure data flows.
Provide Salesforce technical expertise across design sessions, architecture reviews, and issue resolution.
Partner with security/compliance on controls, audits, and risk mitigation.
Lead AI-driven automation and orchestration for integrations and intelligent workflows.

Lead Enterprise Legal Engineering capabilities within Johnson & Johnson Technology’s Technology Services Legal product group
Design and build secure, scalable, integrated solutions and enhancements for Legal products, especially Litify Enterprise Legal Management
Collaborate with Enterprise Legal Product and Business Technology leaders to prioritize investments and create technical roadmaps and delivery plans
Use data and insights to drive measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
Manage demand prioritization and execute IT capabilities using Agile methodology
Ensure squads and Scrum teams follow agreed Agile practices and the JNJ Software Development Lifecycle methodology
Perform or provide input into operational evaluations to identify efficiency improvements
Lead or participate in global Agile Scrum/Squad delivery methodologies
Use Jira, Confluence, X-Ray Testing framework, and Bitbucket
Drive scalable Legal product solutions across regions and internal system integrations
Participate in end-to-end integration architecture design using API-first, event-driven, and microservices-based patterns
Ensure security and technical architecture align with business needs and strategy
Provide Salesforce technical expertise throughout the design lifecycle, including architecture reviews, design sessions, POCs, and complex issue resolution
Collaborate with Application Support to resolve critical issues
Lead innovation with agentic AI platforms and AI-assisted automation or orchestration for integrations
Design and implement intelligent automation workflows combining RPA, cognitive services, and APIs
Research and experiment with innovative technical solutions for business challenges
Continuously evaluate and upskill on emerging AI tools and platforms
Own vendor performance, contracts, SLAs, financials, and statements of work for DevOps vendors
Align internal roadmaps with vendor roadmaps
Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization for technology services
Ensure Legal platforms meet GxP, SOX, HIPAA, Privacy, and GDPR requirements
Partner with security and compliance teams on controls, audits, and risk mitigation

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, related STEM field or practical work experience equivalence
5+ years of IT experience
2–3 years in Salesforce, API Integration development, integration patterns, and complex SQL queries
Hands-on experience with Salesforce product development, security, and configuration
Development exposure to modern integration and cloud architectures, including APIs, event-driven systems, middleware, and SAP BTP-IS
Practical experience delivering Agentic AI solutions
Knowledge of secure model data flows, encryption, identity/access, and data privacy regulations
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both business- and technology-facing
Demonstrable experience delivering work products for an integration area, platform, or significant solution, ideally through AI or other agentic solutions
Hands-on experience in solutioning and supporting API and file-based integrations
Integration and orchestration experience with APIs, message queues, workflow engines, and RPA tools
Strong Python or similar skillset
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, containers, and Kubernetes
Experience with third-party external resource onboarding and work order management
Practical experience working in healthcare or regulated life sciences

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in Salesforce product development, API integration, and Agile methodologies while ensuring compliance with GxP, SOX, HIPAA, Privacy, and GDPR requirements.
