Bravens Inc. in Houston is seeking an experienced SAP HCM ABAP Lead Consultant to drive HR ABAP and US Payroll initiatives. You will lead ABAP/OO ABAP development (RICEFW) and partner with HR teams to deliver payroll solutions.

The ideal candidate has about 10 years of SAP HCM experience, deep ABAP knowledge, HR infotypes, payroll interfaces, and strong debugging skills. This role requires hands-on design, coding, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 10+ years SAP HCM experience.
• Deep ABAP knowledge including HR infotypes.
• Experience with US payroll interfaces and RICEFW implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR ABAP and US Payroll technical development and OO ABAP concepts (RICEFW).
• Design, build and test ABAP/RICEFW solutions in SAP HCM.

Expecting experience of at least around 10 years in SAP HCMShould have experience in HR ABAP and US Payroll technical Deep understanding of ABAP and OOs ABAP concepts RICEFW.Good knowledge on Debugging Logs TracesWorking with HR Payroll Infotypes and HRForms Payslip.Payroll Clusterrelated development PCL2 RU, reading RTCRTWPBPBT working with RGDIR.Very good understanding of Benefits Interfaces in connection with US payrollVery strong experience with Stored Procedures, Function Calls, Designing tables, data loads, calculation views.
