College of Southern Nevada in North Las Vegas is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to provide part-time support to our Technology Services team. This on-site position provides hands-on IT and customer service experience in an educational setting, with on-the-job training available.

Whether you are an IT student or someone with a general interest in technology, you will support CSN communities and help keep computer labs and classrooms running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of computers and common software applications.
• Willingness to learn new technology and procedures.
• Ability to communicate politely and provide courteous customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support and oversight of the computer lab during operating hours.
• Assist students, faculty, and staff with basic computer, printer, account, and tech questions.
• Monitor lab and ensure equipment, spaces, and resources are available and functioning.
• Direct users to appropriate resources when needed.
• Assist OTS technicians with basic troubleshooting and deployments.
