Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support in the computer lab during hours.
• Assist students, faculty, and staff with basic tech questions.
• Monitor lab equipment and ensure usability of resources.
• Direct users to appropriate resources as needed.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Assist with imaging, configuring, and deploying computers and tech equipment.
• Help with inventory, labeling, and organization of equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
