Job summary

NewCold Advanced Logistics is seeking an IT Key User to support our IT and WMS operations. You will be responsible for providing training, monitoring systems, and troubleshooting IT issues while collaborating closely with the internal team and vendors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, at least 5 years of experience in IT systems, and excellent English skills. Join us to help build a more efficient food supply chain.

• Experience training users and maintaining IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal reports and communications.
• Provide WMS and IT support to users.

• Install and maintain hardware.
• Set up WMS communication with new customers.

Your role as an IT Key User (m/w/d)

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing internal reports and communications in accordance with the site manager’s requirements
• Providing WMS and IT support to all users as needed
• Training new users within the company
• Serving as the primary point of contact for software vendors and the central IT team
• Installing and maintaining hardware (desktop PCs, laptops, forklift displays, servers, telephony systems, WMS devices)
• Setting up WMS communication with new customers
• Monitoring the performance of IT systems and making recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in collaboration with the internal IT team

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• At least 5 years of practical experience in IT and WMS systems
• Very good knowledge of English
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience training users and maintaining IT systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
