Job summary

Revel IT in Chandler, AZ seeks an IT/IS Analyst for a contract role supporting all employees at the plant. The role focuses on deskside IT support within Manufacturing Infrastructure, including VMware VM's, Windows OS, SQL Server, and Rockwell systems.

The candidate will patch systems, diagnose incidents, manage IT assets, and ensure security/compliance while collaborating with a global IT team and following established standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of IT experience in a business environment.
• Knowledge of systems architecture, hardware, operations, and life cycle.
• Develop working knowledge of functional systems deployed in the environment.
• Pursue continuous learning to keep up with job requirements and technology changes.

Responsibilities

• Execute quarterly patch cycle and other periodic security updates.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating system (Windows 10 and 11), network, mobile devices and a range of software applications.
• Stage, configure, and deliver IT assets (e.g., personal computers and mobile phones).
• Manage the inventory of IT assets.
• Work across a global IT support team to share information and best practices.
• Operate with IS standards and conventions and applicable Business Unit IT Standards.
• Manage aspects of computer rooms such as UPS backup power, environmental monitoring, housekeeping, and audit compliance.
• Use productivity tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) effectively.
• Develop an understanding of the business processes.
• Timely completion of process audit/compliance requirements.
• Ensure security and compliance in the process control computing area.
