Christensen Farms is seeking an IT Service Desk Intern to support the Information Services team with first-level technical assistance, hardware/software troubleshooting, and end-user support. You will help manage devices, respond to requests, and assist with onboarding and access management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create, track, and update support tickets while ensuring timely resolution and communication with end users.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup, equipment deployment, and access management.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory records, documentation, and knowledge base resources.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, software testing, and cybersecurity initiatives as assigned.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

The IT Service Desk Intern will support the Information Services team by providing first-level technical support to employees and assisting with the day-to-day operation of company technology systems. This internship offers hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, maintaining IT equipment, and participating in technology projects. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in Information Technology.
