Delta Dental seeks a Manager of IT Internal Audit to lead risk-based audits and provide technology risk expertise, including ITGCs, cybersecurity, data governance, and system implementations. Qualifications

• 8+ years w/Bachelor’s degree; 1+ years supervisory/management.
• Knowledge of auditing principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of IT risk concepts including ITGCs, governance, cybersecurity, cloud environments and ERP risk.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, NIST, or ISO 27001.
• Proficiency with AI, data analytics, and automation in audits.
• Strong organization, time management, and project management with multiple engagements.
• Experience with audit management and electronic workpapers (TeamMate+).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to recommend improvements.
• Ability to travel regularly.
• CISA required; CIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and execution of Internal Audit strategy and initiatives.
• Supervises and coaches staff; manages resources and budgets.
• Performs risk assessments and allocates audit resources.
• Advances audit methodologies with AI, data analytics, and automation.
• Reports on open audit issues and corrective action plans.
• Provides subject-matter expertise on technology governance and controls.
• Responds to external auditors and regulators.
