Job summary

Delta Dental in the United States is seeking a Senior IT Auditor to perform technical audits of information systems, applications, and networks under the direction of the Manager and VP of Internal Audit. The role includes occasional staff supervision and internal control consulting as needed.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree; CISA certification is highly desirable, with strong knowledge of COBIT, ITIL and COSO controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years of audit experience preferred.
• CISA certification highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of COBIT/ITIL and COSO controls.

Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate integrity of information systems, hardware, software, and networks.
• Supervise staff on limited assignments.
• Prepare complex computer-generated reports and analyses.
• Review compliance with laws and corporate policies.
• Develop recommendations for control and efficiency improvements.
• Communicate audit results and management responses to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors as needed.
