Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT audit or risk/compliance experience.
• CIA or CISA certification required; CPA or CISSP preferred.
• Experience with AuditBoard and SOX control testing.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report IT audits including ITGC, application controls, and operational audits.
• Lead SOX IT control testing, including scoping, walkthroughs, design and operating effectiveness testing, and remediation tracking.
• Develop and maintain the annual risk-based IT audit plan with Internal Audit leadership.
• Apply COBIT, COSO, NIST, and ISO 27001 frameworks to assess control environments and identify risk.
• Manage and develop the AuditBoard platform and document workpapers, findings, and controls.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to senior management, stakeholders, and external auditors.
• Build relationships with IT leadership, business units, and external audit partners.
• Track audit issues and management action plans to ensure timely remediation.
• Stay current on emerging technology risks and regulatory changes.
