Hire Consulting Services is seeking an IT Internal Audit Manager to lead technology-focused audits across an enterprise IT environment. You will plan, execute, and report on IT audits to strengthen risk management and governance in an in-office role in Phoenix, AZ.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT audit or risk/compliance, with CIA/CISA and experience with AuditBoard. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, accounting, or related field.
• CIA or CISA certification required; CPA or CISSP preferred.
• Experience with AuditBoard and IT risk management.
• 5+ years in IT audit or risk/compliance with leadership experience.
• Familiarity with IT controls, COSO/COBIT, and SOX testing.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, lead, and execute IT audits including ITGC and application controls.
• Develop and maintain an annual risk-based IT audit plan.
• Lead SOX IT control testing and remediation tracking.
• Apply COBIT, COSO, NIST, and ISO 27001 to assess controls.
• Document workpapers and findings in AuditBoard.
• Mentor and develop audit staff throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate findings and risks to senior management and auditors.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and business units to address issues.
• Track issues and action plans to ensure timely remediation.
• Stay current on tech risks and regulatory changes.
