• Valid Washington State Driver’s License; travel between district locations.

Responsibilities

• Support district-wide technology including networks, hardware, and software with in-person or telephone help desk.
• Provide staff training and develop technical documentation for instruction and reference.
• Research and recommend software/hardware; install software and updates.
• Maintain district inventory, imaging, software licensing, and help desk tickets.
• Troubleshoot PC and Apple hardware, servers, printers, and peripherals.
• Support network infrastructure including wireless, switches, and cabling.
• Respond to Help Desk inquiries and prepare reports and logs.
• Manage special IT projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Director of I.T.
