Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) offers an internship in Corporate End-User Systems at Counce, TN for Spring/Summer 2027, Summer/Fall 2027 or Summer 2027. The role develops hands-on experience in desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices and kiosks within the End‑User Systems group.

You will interface with internal/external users to support end-user computing, deploy SCCM, provide in-person and remote support, and learn packaging/deployment using PowerShell, MSI, VBS, AutoIT and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Information Technology Systems or equivalent.
• Familiarity with app vs. network security administration.
• Familiarity with Local and Wide Area Networks.
• Familiarity with resolving first echelon help desk requests.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, utilize and troubleshoot SCCM Agent connectivity, remote control, inventory queries and reports.
• Provide in person and remote support to team members, support engineers and end users.
• Perform application packaging/deployment using in machine/user environments, scripting (VBS, AutoIT, Powershell), MSI, InstallShield.
• Configure, secure and troubleshoot Internet Explorer; browser customizations.
• Secure desktop hardware and OS via PowerShell, Active Directory, Remote Desktop and Group Policy.
