• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support for end users experiencing hardware or software issues.
• Assist with workstation setup, deployment, configuration, and maintenance.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced IT professionals while assisting with technical support, infrastructure maintenance, network administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, and day-to‑day technology operations. • Knowledge of scripting or programming fundamentals.
• Industry certifications or coursework such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
