Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an IT I&O Engineer to provide operational support for enterprise infrastructure and security. The role covers AD, endpoint security, virtualization (VMware), storage (NetApp), Citrix/VDI, and data center operations in the Las Vegas area.

You will perform vulnerability remediation, patching, change management, and on-site support for clinics and data centers. Experience with AI tools and regulated environments is valued.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of infrastructure engineering in enterprise environments.
• 3–5+ years of vulnerability remediation and security operations.
• 3–5+ years of Active Directory administration and hardening.
• 3+ years of endpoint security platforms experience.
• 3+ years of VMware virtualization administration and support.

Responsibilities

• Execute vulnerability remediation and server/endpoint patching.
• Administer and secure Active Directory including Tier 0/1 controls.
• Support and monitor endpoint security platforms.
• Administer and troubleshoot Citrix and VDI environments.
• Support VMware virtualization and NetApp storage infrastructure.
• Execute and document change management activities.
• Provide on-site data center support and hardware validation.
• Support data center decommissioning and asset removal.
• Assist with workload migrations, testing, and validation.
• Provide on-site clinic support when needed for access.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and documentation.
