Job summary

World Wide Technology is hiring a Project Coordinator to support Fortune 500 infrastructure projects across multiple sites. You will track deliverables, gather customer inputs, and assist with the project life cycle from initiation to close, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

With 2+ years in IT project coordination, you will leverage MS Project, MS Office, SharePoint and Smartsheet to maintain schedules, risks and budgets while ensuring documentation quality and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of IT Project Coordination/Project Management experience required.
• Experience supporting external customers in a professional services and/or managed services environment.
• Exposure to Infrastructure technology projects and project management.
• Experience working as an IT project coordinator or similar role.
• Advanced Skills in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, SharePoint, Smartsheet and Outlook.
• Experience with Multisite hardware deployments.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Experience with financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports.
• Understanding of project management industry standard framework and the development life cycle.
• Ability to work independently and aggressively track project timelines.
• Experience with T-scheduling for planning, monitoring, and controlling of project timelines, making sure projects are completed on time & within budget.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate well with customers and co-workers (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Strong team building skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Track deliverables for multiple IT projects.
• Gather documentation from the customer.
• Assist with all aspects of project life cycle from initiation to close.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate skill with Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
• Monitor project scope, objectives, and changes.
• Document risks, assumptions, constraints, and actions.
• Support status reporting and program portfolio reviews.
• Lead or participate in project meetings and action follow-ups.
