Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in New Haven, CT is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex product development and systems integration programs for embedded firmware, software, and cloud services. This role requires 0-10% travel and on-site presence in New Haven or Berlin.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define requirements and delivery plans, and manage risks and schedules while applying SAFe and waterfall methodologies to drive successful releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex product development or system integration projects.
• Experience delivering connected products with embedded firmware, software, and cloud services.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, and waterfall development methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in Electronic Access Control or related security industries preferred.
• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product development and system integration projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define requirements and delivery plans.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Drive execution through project reviews, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with PMO to improve project management practices.
