Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager – Systems Integration to lead embedded firmware, software, cloud services, and hardware projects. You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage delivery plans, and partner with product management, system architects, firmware and software teams, and leadership.

On-site in New Haven, CT or Berlin, CT. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience with Agile/SAFe and waterfall approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex product development or systems integration projects.
• Experience delivering connected products involving embedded firmware, software, cloud services, and hardware.
• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product development and system integration projects across embedded firmware, software, cloud services, and hardware.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define requirements, interfaces, and delivery plans.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and escalations; ensure governance via SAFe and waterfall methods.
