We are currently looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist in the United Kingdom, Ireland, or the United States.

We seek an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to manage procurement operations and vendor negotiations in a fast-paced, global environment. This fully remote role involves collaborating across departments to optimize spend, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, hands-on experience with Procure2Pay systems, and effective negotiation skills. You will manage vendor relationships, support procurement systems, and contribute to cost-saving strategies across functions such as IT, marketing, and engineering.

Accountabilities:
  • Oversee daily procurement activities, managing vendor contracts and approvals across multiple spend categories
  • Lead contract negotiations for goods and services including software, hardware, and professional services
  • Support internal teams through the procurement process and provide training on Procure2Pay systems
  • Manage vendor onboarding and ensure compliance with documentation standards
  • Collaborate with legal and security teams during vendor selection and contract development
  • Analyze data, generate procurement reports, and support internal audits
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead competitive bidding processes
Requirements:
  • 6+ years' experience in procurement, with expertise in Procure2Pay platforms and ERP systems
  • Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and indirect procurement
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Understanding of procurement compliance and best practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., IT, Marketing, Engineering)
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
