Job summary
State of Michigan is seeking an Information Technology Programmer/Analyst to configure and support core enterprise infrastructure systems, including DNS, server virtualization, and Microsoft 365 operations. You will monitor, administer, and resolve incidents, serving as an escalation point for DTMB staff across statewide IT operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data processing, computer information systems, data communications, networking, systems analysis, computer programming, information assurance, IT project management or mathematics.
- Two years of professional experience equivalent to an Information Technology Infrastructure or Programmer/Analyst P11.
- Associate's degree with 16 semester (24 term) credits in computer science, information assurance, data processing, computer information, data communications, networking, systems analysis, computer programming, IT project management, or mathematics and two years of experience as an application programmer or IT technician; or two years (4,160 hours) of experience as an IT Student Assistant may be substituted.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support core enterprise infrastructure systems including computer management platforms, DNS, server virtualization, account management, Microsoft 365 operations, and certificates.
- Monitor, administer, and resolve issues for the State's enterprise infrastructure and act as escalation point for DTMB staff.
- Contribute technical expertise to major statewide infrastructure initiatives and modernization projects.
