Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in system analysis

Responsibilities

An experienced System Analyst 6 to provide technical support for COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) and SaaS applications supporting the Management and Budget side of DTMB. This role combines systems administration, application support, cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting, technical analysis, and requirements gathering. The successful candidate will work closely with vendors, customers, infrastructure teams, and other technical groups to implement application changes, resolve technical issues, improve system security, and support new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Windows and Linux environments, along with Azure cloud infrastructure, application servers, networking, security, monitoring, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot systems and application components across Windows and Linux environments.
