Job summary

Slate is seeking a Manager of IT Infrastructure to lead Systems and Network Engineering at our Warsaw manufacturing plant. You will own the infrastructure roadmap for server, network, cloud, and OT/ICS, driving upgrades and automation while partnering with plant operations for continuous production support.

The role requires 8–12 years in IT infrastructure with at least 3 years in people management, hands-on Linux/Windows administration, and strong AWS/cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years in IT infrastructure with 3+ years in people management.
• Hands-on experience in Linux/Windows server administration and networking.
• Experience in IT/OT environments and manufacturing settings is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of Systems and Network Engineers.
• Own the Warsaw plant infrastructure roadmap across server, network, cloud, and OT/ICS.
• Lead projects, ensure reliability, security, and scalability for manufacturing operations.
• Drive automation, IaC adoption, and 24/7 operational readiness.
