Job summary

Slate is seeking a Manager of IT Infrastructure to lead Systems and Network Engineering at our Warsaw plant. This role drives strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across server, network, cloud, and OT environments.

You’ll mentor engineers, review architectures, and partner with plant operations to ensure production uptime and scalable IT/OT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has hands-on roots in infrastructure, 8–12 years in IT, and at least 3 years in people management, with strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, with at least 3 years in people management.
• Hands-on background in Linux/Windows server administration and/or network engineering.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of Systems and Network Engineers; set priorities and coach for growth.
• Own infrastructure roadmap for Warsaw plant across server, network, cloud, and OT/ICS environments.
• Lead planning and execution of deployments, upgrades, migrations, and capacity expansion, ensuring reliability and security.
