Job summary

firstPRO US in Boston, MA is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join as a direct-hire, onsite 3 days per week. The role focuses on administering cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS platforms, with hands-on work across AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365, including Entra ID and Active Directory integrations.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to migrate and modernize cloud environments, monitor health and capacity, and address issues to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Solid networking fundamentals: switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless, with real troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on exposure to AWS or Azure - comfort navigating, deploying, and supporting cloud resources.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS platforms.
• Assist with deployment, maintenance, and optimization of AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Participate in cloud migration and modernization initiatives alongside senior staff.
• Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability, and follow up on what monitoring surfaces.
