Job summary

Purdue Federal Credit Union is seeking an IT Infrastructure Intern to gain hands-on experience across service desk operations, infrastructure systems, and cybersecurity. Under guidance, you will assist with resolving end-user issues, deploying software and hardware, and documenting processes.

You will work in a mentored environment, participate in security initiatives, maintain asset records, and learn networking concepts while contributing to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.

• Respond to and triage end-user support requests via Help Desk, email, and telephone.
