CO-OP is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our Wholesale Technology team. You will provide expert support across servers, networks, cloud, and security, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rota to manage critical incidents.
Based at our Scunthorpe office, you’ll work across a broad range of technologies, helping deliver reliable services and leading infrastructure improvements for our organisation and customers.
You'll also take part in a 24/7 on-call rota (approximately 1 week in 4), providing support for critical incidents when needed. When on call, you'll need to be able to attend the Scunthorpe site within 30 minutes if required. We're reshaping our Digital, Technology and Data function for the future, creating new opportunities, strengthening our capability, and building clearer, more resilient ways of working so we can deliver even better services for our Co-op, our colleagues, members and customers. We're looking for IT Infrastructure Engineers to join our Wholesale Technology team and help us deliver reliable, secure and high-performing technology services across our head office and logistics network. In this role, you'll provide expert technical support across a diverse infrastructure estate, supporting everything from servers, networks and cloud technologies to security systems and operational technology. Working closely with colleagues across Technology and the wider business, you'll help keep critical services running smoothly while contributing to infrastructure improvements and future technology developments. From supporting warehouse systems and network infrastructure to maintaining the security and availability of key business services, you'll be at the heart of ensuring colleagues can serve customers without interruption.
