Job summary

Microlise is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to guide a growing team, shaping architecture and delivering strategic software initiatives. You will mentor engineers at all levels, drive design decisions, and champion best practices across projects in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

You will contribute to technical roadmaps, manage debt, and promote continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on quality, security, and scalable systems.

Lead Software Engineer

Within your role as a Lead Engineer , no two days will look the same; with a variety of projects, theres always something new to learn. You will be joining an already established and talented team, comprised of Graduate Engineers through to Solution Architects helping to enhance existing and develop new products!You will be provided a clear, individual career path with full training, support and mentorship as required to ensure you are reaching your full potential and mastering your field.
