Qualifications

Seven or more years in IT infrastructure, including hands-on network and systems experience.
Three or more years leading a technical team or demonstrated equivalent leadership responsibility.
Demonstrated ownership of an operating and capital budget, including building it, forecasting it, and answering for variance.
A track record of partnering with business leaders outside technology-operations, finance, or a commercial function.

Responsibilities

Own the relationship with the business and work with region/division leadership to anticipate needs.
Own the infrastructure budget and develop a multi-year capital plan.
Own the infrastructure strategy with a road map aligned to the technology strategy.
Represent technology in business forums and translate risk into operational/financial terms.
Negotiate with vendors on contracts, renewals, and service levels.
Plan capacity against business growth, openings, remodels, and closures.
Lead, coach, and develop the IT Infrastructure team across multiple domains.
Own the availability of core infrastructure including network, servers, storage, and cloud services.
Own endpoint management and the day-to-day support for CVA locations.
Own identity and directory services in partnership with IT Security.
Own backup, recovery, and disaster recovery testing; ensure periodic recovery drills.
Plan infrastructure lifecycle with a multi-year view and budget alignment.
Deliver infrastructure for new locations on the business timeline.
Maintain change management processes and communicate during outages.
Partner with IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Applied Innovation as needed.
Manage vendors, carriers, contracts, licensing, and the infrastructure budget.
Establish and report service levels for uptime, response, and resolution.
Maintain infrastructure documentation and runbooks to avoid single points of failure.
