Cambro Manufacturing Company seeks a senior IT Infrastructure Director to own the strategy, architecture, reliability, and security of Cambro’s global IT infrastructure. You will lead a hands-on team responsible for enterprise networking, data centers, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud/hybrid environments, and OT/IoT connectivity across manufacturing, warehouse, office, and remote sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including at least 5 years leading infrastructure, network, systems, or technical operations teams.
• Level 3 engineering capability with independently diagnosing, designing, and resolving complex issues.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise networking (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, segmentation, monitoring, HA).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco or comparable platforms, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with VoIP, SIP trunks, call routing, and carrier services.
• Experience with virtualization, VMware, backup/recovery (Veeam), and DR/BC planning.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing, distribution, or global environments.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITIL) and continuous improvement approaches.

Responsabilités

• Own design, reliability, performance, and security of Cambro’s worldwide network infrastructure.
• Plan and operate IT architecture for voice and data networks across locations.
• Lead capacity, lifecycle planning, and resiliency for hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on support for critical infrastructure equipment and services during incidents.
• Lead incident response for outages and cybersecurity events, with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure disaster recovery, business continuity, and regular recovery testing.
• Develop standards, diagrams, and procedures for infrastructure systems; coordinate with other IT teams.
• Coach and develop infrastructure staff and manage vendor relationships and budgets.
