Job summary

EDV Werke is seeking an IT Infrastructure Coordinator to drive project delivery across infrastructure initiatives. The role combines hands-on coordination with business-process alignment in a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) to support global stakeholders.

You will manage project lifecycles, timeline milestones, vendor communications, and IT support for business units, ensuring compliant, well-documented operations in line with GxP requirements.

Tasks

• Project Lifecycle Coordination – Supervise and support IT infrastructure projects through all lifecycle phases, from assessment to successful completion.
• Timeline & Deliverable Management – Monitor project timelines, milestones, approvals, and deliverables while ensuring timely execution.
• Vendor Coordination – Manage technical communication and coordination with external vendors throughout project execution.
• Business Process Analysis – Analyze business processes and incorporate IT infrastructure perspectives into project solutions.
• Business IT Support – Support business stakeholders on IT-related topics and provide guidance during project delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate activities between departments and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Issue & Ticket Management – Ensure incidents and project tickets are tracked, updated, and resolved efficiently.
• Infrastructure Support – Support network engineering and infrastructure-related activities based on project priorities and workload.

Must-Have Skills

• IT Project Coordination Experience – Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, implementation, or infrastructure project coordination.
• Infrastructure Understanding – Ability to coordinate projects with a solid understanding of underlying IT infrastructure.
• Process Improvement Mindset – Experience establishing and continuously improving IT processes and operational workflows.
• Business Process Knowledge – Ability to understand business processes and align IT solutions with business needs.
